All shipping addresses must be submitted in English, no special or accented characters are accepted.

If a gate code is required to deliver to your shipping address please provide it to your selected carrier, using the contact information below.

You may have to pay postage fees for orders delivered to a PO Box by all shipping options except for "PO BOX or APO Address".

If expedited service is selected, Greenleaf will allocate the quickest and most affordable shipping option in your region.

  • Services PO Boxes and military addresses.
  • When shipping to a military address, use the service member’s full name and rank and DO NOT include city or country name. Must also include the unit/CMR/PSC number,the APO/FPO/DPO box number, the APO/FPO/DPO designation, the  AA/AE/AP region and Zip Code. Ships up to 9 pounds.

  • Ships up to 150 pounds. For orders over $400, signature may be required upon delivery.

Greenleaf Pharmacy is committed to bringing you high-quality supplements. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Please follow these steps to start the online return process:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click here to go to your Order History page, scroll down and look for your Order Number
  3. Click the "Refunds/Returns" button from the right side
  4. You will fill out a Return Form to receive the Return Label Email

Note: To help expedite the process and get you a resolution faster please upload pictures of the item(s) that you received. Please note that you can only see the Refunds/Returns button after the estimated delivery time has passed. Only orders with "Delivered" Status and within 30 days of being purchased can be processed for return/refund.
